Eucharist
Holy Communion
The Catechism calls the Eucharist “the source and summit of the Christian life.” In the Eucharist, the whole spiritual good of the Church is present: Christ himself.
At every Mass, Jesus gives himself to us. By the power of the Holy Spirit, the bread and wine become the Body and Blood of Christ, who is truly present—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity.
At the Last Supper, Jesus told his disciples, “This is my body,” and “This is my blood,” and gave the Church the Eucharist as the memorial of his death and Resurrection. In Holy Communion, we receive Christ and are drawn into deeper communion with him and with one another.

Adoration
Eucharistic Adoration is a quiet time to be with Jesus, who is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. We come to worship him, give thanks, share what is in our hearts, and pray for ourselves and others. This time with Christ can deepen our faith, hope, and love and prepare us to celebrate Mass and receive Holy Communion with greater devotion.
Spend time with Jesus in Adoration every First Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and every First Saturday followed by the 8:00 am Mass. Two adorers are needed each hour. Call the parish office at 440-734-1300 to sign up.

"This is my body."
