Ministry Scheduler Pro

Schedules for lectors, Eucharistic ministers and weekend servers are coordinated using Ministry Scheduler Pro (MSP).  Liturgical ministers can log into MSP using their smartphone app (Apple Store | Google or Android) or can click HERE to access our MSP web terminal.

New ministers will receive an email from Deacon Jeff with instructions on how to access MSP. If you have forgotten your username or password, please use the "Forgot Password" option in the app or web terminal.  In general, your username is your first initial and last name unless you changed it after your initial login.

Once logged in, all ministers should click on their "Profile" to update their "Service Preference" as well as updating their "Can't Serve Times."  Schedules are opened every couple of months.  Liturgical ministers can sign up Mass at their convenience.  About 2 weeks before a schedule goes into effect, remaining spots are "auto-scheduled" based on your preferences.
