Parish Registration

Thank you for taking a moment to register your household's information with our Parish Office. Please fill out the form as completely as possible and then click submit. Please allow 1-2 months for your printed envelopes to arrive. Please take time to introduce yourself to the clergy of the parish. They are excited to get to know you and your family! Additionally, we will be in touch soon about a gathering for new parishioners to get to know more about the parish. If registration is missing information, you will not be registered until registration form is fully filled out (i.e. names, address, dates of birth, sacraments received, etc.)
